Account transfers, sales or any form of access sharing with another individual are strictly prohibited. Your account is personal to you and cannot be reassigned under any circumstances.
All financial transactions on UR999 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This means you must wager the bonus amount — or the combined deposit plus bonus amount, depending on the specific offer — a specified number of times before any winnings generated from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. If you have an active bonus balance and wish to make a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will typically be forfeited. Your original deposit balance, where it exceeds zero, will generally remain available for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal processing.

Bets placed on markets that are suspended, cancelled or settled incorrectly due to a system error will be voided and stakes returned. UR999 Game reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error, where a match is subsequently found to have been fixed, or where there is evidence of organised betting patterns designed to exploit pricing anomalies.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on UR999 Game and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:
UR999 Game monitors account activity and transaction patterns on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, UR999 Game may freeze the account pending investigation, request documentation, and ultimately close the account if the investigation confirms a breach of these terms.
UR999 Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time. Reasons for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, inactivity over an extended period, or at the player's own request.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. If your account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to any breach on your part, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard verification checks.
You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting UR999 Game through the contact details in Section 14. Self-requested account closures for responsible gaming reasons are processed separately under the Responsible Gaming tools described in Section 11.
